1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the FORJA — Digital Studio platform, which enables users to generate digital products and PDF documents with the assistance of artificial intelligence.
2. Account and Access
Creating an account requires a verified email address. Each person may hold only one account. Use of FORJA is subject to anti-abuse quotas (limits on messages per hour and per day). Any attempt to circumvent these rules (multiple accounts, automation) may result in suspension.
3. Free Conversation and Paid Plans
- Conversation with FORJA: entirely free and unlimited. You can explore your idea, validate your market and build your offer without spending anything.
- Paid plans (Trial, Starter, Pro, Studio): credit packs required to export your product as a PDF. The most accessible pack is Trial (10 documents for 3,500 FCFA). Credits are valid for 31 days after purchase. Prices are stated in FCFA (XOF).
Payments are processed by our provider FedaPay. FORJA does not store any banking or card details.
4. Acceptable Use and Responsibility for Deliverables
The user agrees not to use the service for any unlawful, misleading purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of third parties. FORJA may suspend any account in the event of abuse.
Generated documents are provided on a white-label basis: the user is solely responsible for the content they distribute or resell and undertakes to comply with the laws applicable to that content (in particular the rules governing health, financial and advertising claims). The user shall indemnify FORJA — Digital Studio against any third-party claim arising from the use of the deliverables.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is". Interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
6. Amendments
FORJA may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of use.
