Conversation with FORJA is free and unlimited — you can judge for yourself before making any purchase. To export as a PDF, you buy a credit pack (Trial, Starter, Pro or Studio). Each credit unlocks one PDF document.
Given the digital and immediate nature of the service, credits that have already been used are non-refundable.
Unused Credits
If you are not satisfied, write to us at aide@myforja.digital. Our team reviews each request on a case-by-case basis and replies to you personally.
Technical Issue
In the event of a generation failure attributable to a malfunction of our service, the corresponding credit is re-credited automatically or upon request.
Trial Pack
The Trial pack (3,500 FCFA, 10 documents) is an entry-level tier available only once per account. Beyond that, the other packs (Starter, Pro, Studio) remain available.
Processing
Any refunds are made using the same payment method (FedaPay) as the original purchase.
